Discover the latest research conducted by local students that advance science and develop targetted solutions for our country.
The Singapore Research Journal is a biannual, peer‑reviewed publication committed to spotlighting innovative work by emerging local researchers. We cover a broad range of topics from sciences like Chemistry, Biology, and Physics to even Mathematics and Engineering. We publish based on originality, impact, interdisciplinary relevance, and value to the broader scientific community. Driven by our mission to promote the efforts put in by young researchers, we operate on a rare open-access yet cost-free publication model to maximise exposure of projects at zero cost to authors.
From biomedical breakthroughs and cutting‑edge physics to novel chemical innovations, we celebrate the achievements of Singapore's next generation of scientists whose future work will shape scientific solutions locally and beyond.
We hope to nurture, and provide opportunities for growth to emerging researchers. More importantly, we hope to share the fruits of their labour so their efforts are not hidden away.
We uphold rigorous standards of academic integrity and publication ethics, ensuring that every article is subjected to feedback and refinement, contributing credible information to the scientific community.
Our submission and peer-review process is designed to be youth-friendly that is free-of-charge, with quick and open communication throughout so first-time authors do not feel lost.
We aim to cultivate future researchrs by offering mentorship throughout manuscript refinement and expanding access to meaningful research opportunities for all students.
We accept original research and review manuscripts across Mathematics & Computing, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering. Manuscripts are typically ≤ 8 pages (excluding abstract, references, and appendices) and must follow our formatting guidelines.
